We invited a special guest of customers and team members from the past and present to come along to celebrate the last 10 years which stared a private bar area before moving on to our plush function room to enjoy a fantastic buffet

The event also included a section recognising the hard work and commitment our team members have provided contributing to our success. Each receiving a frame certificate and a special present

The event rounded up with a huge party with action packed dance as floor as our guests danced the night away.

We want to say huge thank to everyone who joined us and a huge thank you to all of customers, clients and our fantastic team!

The return of Fort Pubrook!

Join us on the 25th of October as we make our anticipated return to Portsmouth’s Fort Purbrook!

The last time we held a real ghost hunting experience at Fort Purbrook was way back in 2011. Since then, the Fort was closed off to ghost hunts but this year we are back!

We will be returning to Purbrook as part of or huge week of Halloween events taking place across Hampshire and in true style, we are spooking things up with some experiments that only the brave dare take part in!

How about giving our conjuring experiment a go? or take part in the trance? or even the ganzfield experiment?

There’s so many reasons to join our real ghost hunts which feature paranormal experts Andrew Frewing-House and James Kemp who have worked in the field for over 20 years and worked for TV, radio and so much more!

Our 10 year journey

This month Supernatural Tours and Events marks it’s 10th anniversary but its important to understand where our journey originally began.

Way back in 2006 we launched the UK Paranormal Research Society (UKPRS) which quickly gained momentum working with names from paranormal TV shows.

2009 quickly came around we decided to add a brand to the family and Supernatural Tours and Events was born. UKPRS remains as a private research group.

As we reach our 10th anniversary milestone we reflect on the incredible journey we have had so far. From living at a haunted manor to appearing on TV we have provided some incredible events.

On reflection lets look at some of the best moments so far. Over the years we have run some of the most popular psychic fairs and Halloween fairs at venues such as the Square tower, Fort Widley and The Holiday inn.

We have expanded to add several brands including Winchester Ghost Tours, the city’s original and most popular tour, Southampton Ghost Tours, Portsmouth Ghost Tours, Windsor Ghost Tours and New Forest Ghost Tours which sell out each month.

This year our Southampton Ghost Tour won two awards at the Southampton Star Awards and our company won an award from TripAdvisor. These are a fantastic achievement when you consider the tough competition we were against.

We have formed incredible relationships with See Southampton, The Royal Oak Winchester, The Mercure Dolphin Southampton, The Dolphin Old Portsmouth and many more.

We have successfully run zombie events and this year we launched our Witchcraft, Torture and Execution tour which has become hugely popular.

We have appeared on TV and Radio and hosted first ever ghost hunts at venues such as The Dolphin old Portsmouth, Gosport Discovery Centre and so many more.

It has been a brilliant 10 years and we have so much more to come.

Most importantly, we thank every single one of you who have supported us over the years. Without you, we couldnt do this!

Its fair to say the best is yet to come!

This year we ramp it up even more with two spectacular spooky tours! The first will be the return of Fright in the forest, or family friendly ghost tour.

This year we add a second brand new tour which will go extreme with an adults only spin! One that we know will make you scream!

The tours take place on the following dates:-

27th October, 1st November and the 2nd November.

Halloween gets bigger!

Supernatural Tours and Events has announced a real ghost hunting event at Portsmouth’s Fort Purbrook on Friday 25th October.

The additional event forms part of our week full of events for Halloween 2019!

With Tudor House now sold out, the event at Purbrooks gives our customers the chance to do a ghost hunt for Halloween.

Purbrook forms part of the Palmerston forts in Portsmouth built to defend the city from invasion.

Built in the 1860s it was never used for its original purpose but has a long history of events and was used throughout the wars.

You’ll be able to investigate the tunnels which have many ghost stories.

Tickets are available now!

Scary stories

It’s that time of year when the influx of scary movies happens in the run up to Halloween. This month you have the choice of IT chapter two and Scary movies to tell in the dark.

So scary movies features a group of kids who take a journal from an old abandoned house and the owner of it, now a ghost, seeks revenge for her problematic past.

It’s a pretty good story line but also contains the usual deaths and escapes from that come with every scary movie,

The scarecrow is s good scene but not so convinced by the strange figure in the corridor.

If you like horror movies you may like this but it’s worth giving it a go.

The Ghosts of Windsor and Eton

Our most recent ghost tour launched in Windsor a year ago and what a fantastic year its been with so many people coming along to enjoy the dark side of the town.

But what is about Windsor that makes the tour so popular? We wont give you any spoilers here and we always say that going along is the best way to experience the magic for yourselves but for many, its the mystery, the scares and the chance to learn about Windsors rich history in a thrilling interactive way.

There is also the beauty of Windsor castle which is home to several ghosts including famous former Monarchs, prisoners and so much more. Visitors regularly report strange phenomena.

But its not just ghosts stories that have us intrigued. One tale provides an insight into a man who became known simply as the ‘Windsor Vampire’ .

Benjamin Spong was a strange individual who allegedly liked to eat heads off of animals, in particular, cats.

He was also nicknamed the ‘Woodside monster’ but despite his legend, there appears to be very little records of him anywhere.

One other strange story evolves around Author George Orwell who apparently dabbled in Witchcraft. Orwell went on to write the Novel 1984 which first created the term ‘Big Brother is watching you’ and was the inspiration behind the TV phenomenon Big Brother.

There so much more to Windsor and Eton than you perhaps know! Find out all the latest on our Windsor Ghost Tour by joining the like page:

Enter the haunted world of Kelvedon Hatch Bunker!

This Saturday we head back to Essex and the underworld of yesterday when we host a ghost hunt at the Secret nuclear bunker.

This hidden world takes you back to a time when the Cold War had broken out. The bunker was the place where politicians would go if the risk arrived in Britain.

Despite its fairly modern history, don’t be fooled, the land the bunker was built on goes back many years and hides plenty of secrets.

Over the years many visitors claimed to have encountered unexplained activity. But who haunts it and what’s it like to be in a building with no natural light and covered in darkness.

Strange footsteps, odd murmurs, voices from nowhere and figures from out of the blue have all been reported here.

In fact, it has had so much activity it has attracted media from around the world!

We will be trying a range of interactive experiments and pushing it to the limit this Saturday when we host this mysterious event.

Tickets are still available via our website.

Smugglers, Jack the Painter and more as we make our Portsmouth tour creepier!

Our Portsmouth Ghost Tour is about to get creepier with exciting new additions!

The Portsmouth Ghost Tour has provided guests a fantastic evening of entertainment. But here at Supernatural Tours and Events we want more! More scares, more screams and more ghosts!

So that’s why we are adding more! All your favourites remain including the Duke of Buckingham, John Felton and the Nun but they will be joined by a fantastic scene with two smugglers, Landlords from Taverns in the 1700’s and more ghost stories than ever before!

As before, the tours will continue to start and end at the Dolphin Pub which is the citys oldest pub and has its own supernatural residents,

So why make changes? ‘We always want to deliver the best event we possibly can there are so many stories in Old Portsmouth that we want to include. The live actors playing Smugglers and old historic landlords acting out well known stories is going to be brilliant’ – Andrew Frewing-House, Events Director.

One of the most famous ghosts in the area is also set to pull and appearance. Could it be Jack the Painter?

Check out the next date on our website and experience the magic for yourselves!
